Common use of Suits by Special Warrantholder Clause in Contracts

Suits by Special Warrantholder. Subject to the provisions of this Indenture, all or any of the rights conferred upon a Special Warrantholder by the terms of a Special Warrant may be enforced by such Special Warrantholder by appropriate legal proceedings without prejudice to the right which is hereby conferred upon the Trustee to proceed in its own name to enforce each and all of the provisions herein contained for the benefit of the Special Warrantholders from time to time.

Suits by Special Warrantholder.
