Common use of Suits by Special Warrantholder Clause in Contracts

Suits by Special Warrantholder. All or any of the rights conferred on the holder of any Special Warrant by the terms of the Special Warrant Certificate representing such Special Warrant or of this Indenture may be enforced by such holder by appropriate legal proceedings but without prejudice to the right which is hereby conferred on the Trustee to proceed in the name thereof or on behalf of the holders of Special Warrants to enforce each and every provision herein contained for the benefit of the Special Warrantholders.
