Common use of Suits by Warrantholders Clause in Contracts

Suits by Warrantholders. All or any of the rights conferred upon the Registered Owner of any Warrant by the terms of such Warrant and/or this Agreement may be enforced by the Registered Owner of such Warrants by appropriate legal proceedings but without prejudice to the right which is hereby conferred upon the Agent to proceed in its own name to enforce each and all of the provisions herein contained for the benefit of the Registered Owners of the Warrants from time to time Outstanding.
