Common use of Suits by Warrantholders Clause in Contracts

Suits by Warrantholders. All or any of the rights conferred upon any Warrantholder by any of the terms of the Warrants, the Warrant Certificates or of this Indenture, or both of them, may be enforced by the Warrantholder by appropriate legal proceedings, but without prejudice to the right which is hereby conferred upon the Trustee to proceed in its own name to enforce each and all of the provisions herein contained for the benefit of all Warrantholders, subject, in each case, to the provisions of section 8.11.

Suits by Warrantholders. All Subject to Section 7.10, all or any of the rights conferred upon any Warrantholder by any of the terms of the Warrants, the Warrant Certificates or of this Indenture, or both of themboth, may be enforced by the Warrantholder by appropriate legal proceedings, proceedings but without prejudice to the right which is hereby conferred upon the Trustee Warrant Agent to proceed in its own name to enforce each and all of the provisions herein contained for the benefit of all the Warrantholders, subject, in each case, to the provisions of section 8.11.

Suits by Warrantholders. All Subject to Section 6.3 hereof, all or any of the rights conferred upon any a Warrantholder by any of the terms of the Warrants, the Warrant Certificates Warrants held by him or of it and/or this Indenture, or both of them, Indenture may be enforced by the such Warrantholder by appropriate legal proceedings, but without prejudice to the right rights which is are hereby conferred upon the Trustee Warrant Agent to proceed in its own name or on behalf of the holders of Warrants to enforce each and all of the provisions every provision herein contained for the benefit of all the Warrantholders, subject, in each case, to the provisions of section 8.11.
