Suits to Recover Damages. Suit or suits for the recovery of damages, or for a sum equal to any installment or installments of Rent payable hereunder or any other sums payable by Tenant to Landlord pursuant to this Lease, may be brought by Landlord at any time and from time to time at Landlord’s election, and nothing herein contained shall be deemed to require Landlord to await the date whereon this Lease or the Term would have expired had there been no Event of Default by Tenant.
