Summarize On-Going ADA/Accessibility Program. The Consultant will gather from the Town information related to the Town's on-going ADA/accessibility program. The Consultant will document Town efforts to-date regarding ADA compliance for pedestrian facilities within the Town's public rights­ of-way and public facilities. These efforts may consist of, but are not limited to: • Sidewalk/curb ramp maintenance and repair projects; • Installation of accessible pedestrian signals (APS); • Capital Improvement Program projects with ADA and pedestrian facility improvements; and • Responses to citizen ADA/access concerns/complaints.
