SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE BONDS WHILE IN GLOBAL FORM. The Fiscal Agency Agreement and each Global Certificate contain provisions which apply to the Bonds while they are in global form, some of which modify the effect of the terms and conditions of the Bonds set out in this Offering Circular. The following is a summary of certain of those provisions. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this section have the meanings given to them in the Fiscal Agency Agreement.
