Common use of Summer Coverage - Unlimited Faculty Clause in Contracts

Summer Coverage - Unlimited Faculty. A faculty member who submits a resignation but has completed the academic year and is enrolled in the group insurance program continues that eligibility and the Employer contribution through the summer. This paragraph shall not apply to those faculty members who retire; however, faculty members who elect early retirement continue to be provided with the provisions of Article 16, Sections 2, 3 or 4. This paragraph does not change current practice relative to the provisions of Article 16, Sections 2, 3 or 4, if eligible.

This paragraph does not change current practice relative to the 32 provisions of Article 16, Sections 2, 3 or 4, if eligible.
