Common use of Sums deemed due to a Lender Clause in Contracts

Sums deemed due to a Lender. For the purposes of this Section 26, a sum payable by the Borrowers to the Administrative Agent or the Security Agent for distribution to, or for the account of, a Lender shall be treated as a sum due to that Lender; and each Lender’s proportion of a sum so payable for distribution to, or for the account of, the Lenders shall be treated as a sum due to such Lender.

Sums deemed due to a Lender. For the purposes of this Section 26Clause 25, a sum payable by the Borrowers Borrower to the Administrative Agent or the Security Agent for distribution to, or for the account of, a Lender shall be treated as a sum due to that Lender; and each Lender’s proportion of a sum so payable for distribution to, or for the account of, the Lenders shall be treated as a sum due to such Lender.
