Common use of Sums Due Clause in Contracts

Sums Due. In the event of a termination or expiration of this Agreement, the Service Providers shall be entitled to the payment of, and the Service Recipients shall within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice therefor pay to the Service Providers, all accrued amounts for Services, Taxes and other amounts due under this Agreement as of the date of termination or expiration.
