Common use of Superceding Agreement Clause in Contracts

Superceding Agreement. Concurrent with the execution of this Agreement, and effective as of the Effective Date herein, any existing agreement between The Parties which grants rights to PCR technology to ED to perform human diagnostic testing services, is hereby superceded and replaced in its entirety by this Agreement.

Concurrent with the execution of this Agreement, and effective as of the Effective Date herein, any existing agreement between The Parties which grants rights to PCR technology to ED RGI to perform human diagnostic testing services, is hereby superceded and replaced in its entirety by this Agreement.
