Superceding offset Sample Clauses

Superceding offset. It is the intent of this Agreement that the health insurance related matters contained herein shall supercede any conflicting provision now or hereinafter contained in any of the Unions collective bargaining agreements. In the event of any such conflict, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail. It is further the intent of the parties that this Agreement shall be appended to and become a paii of each Union's collective bargaining agreement.
