Superintendent Level 3. If the Association or the employee is not satisfied with the Level 2 disposition of the grievance and if either the employee or the Association authorizes in writing an appeal of the grievance disposition, or if no disposition has been made within five (5) days of such meeting, the grievance may be filed by either the employee or the Association with the Superintendent. Such filing must occur not later than five (5) days after receipt of the Level 2 disposition. Within five (5) days of receipt of the duly authorized appeal to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, the Superintendent or his designee shall meet with the Association and/or the employee on the grievance and shall issue his disposition of the grievance in writing within ten (10) days of such meeting and shall furnish a copy thereof to the Association.
