Superintendent Specific Provisions. The Superintendent need only be present at the Site at all times during the performance of Construction Work, and that obligation shall commence whenever Design Build Entity first mobilizes to the Site to perform Construction Work. The Superintendent shall be an employee of Design Build Entity who has complete authority to act on Design Build Entity’s behalf.
