Superseded Agreements. All prior executed agreements between each Fund and BNYM relating to transfer agency or shareholder services or services related in any manner to either of the foregoing, including without limitation the agreements listed on Schedule E hereto, are hereby terminated, superseded and rendered null and void with no further force or effect.
