Common use of Supersedes Law Clause in Contracts

Supersedes Law. The parties intend, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for the evaluation procedures and requirements contained in this Article to supersede and take the place of any and all evaluation procedures and requirements contained in the Ohio Revised Code.
