Supersedes Other Agreements. This Agreement supersedes and is in lieu of any and all other consulting, employment and compensation arrangements between the Consultant and the Company, but shall not supersede any existing confidentiality, nondisclosure or invention assignment agreements between the Consultant and the Company.
