Common use of Supersedes Previous Agreements Clause in Contracts

Supersedes Previous Agreements. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Executive relating to the employment of the Executive by the Company and supersedes and cancels all prior written and oral agreements and understandings with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Supersedes Previous Agreements. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Executive relating to the employment of the Executive by the Company and supersedes and cancels all prior written and oral agreements and understandings understandings, including any term sheet, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
