Common use of Superseding Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Superseding Adjustment. If, at any time after any adjustment of the Warrant Price then in effect shall have been made pursuant to Section 4(e) as the result of any issuance of Common Stock Equivalents, and such Common Stock Equivalents, or the right of conversion or exchange in such Common Stock Equivalents, shall expire, and all of such or the right of conversion or exchange with respect to all of such Common Stock Equivalents shall not have been converted or exercised, then such previous adjustment shall be rescinded and annulled and the Warrant Price then in effect shall be adjusted to the Warrant Price in effect immediately prior to the issuance of such Common Stock Equivalents, subject to any further adjustments pursuant to this Section 4.
