Supersession of earlier Agreements. This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the Authority and the Operator, and all agreements, correspondence, notes or any other document submitted or understandings made or reached by and between the Parties inter se in respect of the subject matter of these presents prior to the date hereof shall be deemed to have been superseded and revoked on the execution of this Agreement.
