Supervening legislation. Any present or future legislation which operates to lessen or vary in favour of the Borrower any of its obligations in connection with this document or to postpone, stay, suspend or curtail any rights of the Lender under this document is excluded except to the extent that its exclusion is prohibited or rendered ineffective by law.
