Supervising Contractor. Respondents’ proposed Supervising Contractor must have sufficient technical expertise to supervise the Work and a quality assurance system that complies with ASQ/ANSI E4:2014, “Quality management systems for environmental information and technology programs - Requirements with guidance for use” (American Society for Quality, February 2014).

Supervising Contractor. (1) All aspects of the work to be performed by [Party] pursuant to this Agreement must be performed under the direction and supervision of a qualified employee or contractor having experience in hazardous substance remediation and knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and guidance.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.
