Provide management supervision at all times, and maintain constant quality control inspections to check for portion size, quality of products, time and temperature, appearance, and packaging; 2. Maintain a valid state or federal food service license or permit; and 3. Submit copies of the applicable state or federal regulatory inspections and current license or permit to the Department, as may be requested.
