Common use of Supervision by Grantor Clause in Contracts

Supervision by Grantor. No liability shall attach to the Grantor by reason of any supervision, approval or inspection given or made by or on behalf of the Grantor in respect of any works of repair or reinstatement carried out by or on behalf of BRT, nor shall any such approval or inspection prejudice or derogate from the obligation of BRT to observe and perform the covenants and conditions on BRT’s part contained in this Deed
