SUPERVISION BY THE CORPORATION. The services to be performed by the Firm under this Agreement shall be subject to the general supervision and direction of the Corporation provided that neither the Corporation's exercise nor failure to exercise such supervision and direction shall relieve the Firm of any of its obligations or responsibilities for its acts or failure to act in regard to this Agreement.
