Supervision DutyIn order to allow educators to meet their professional responsibilities, classroom teachers shall not be required to do recess duty, cafeteria supervision, or hall sweeps. Any assigned duty beyond the instructional time within the school day to supervise students shall be fairly and equitably assigned in a manner easily understood by all concerned not to exceed five (5) days per month. Such duties shall not conflict with the employee's classroom schedule.
Supervision Duty. Teachers shall be required to complete the equivalent of up to forty- five (45) minutes of duty time per instructional day. These duties shall normally include outside arrival, breakfast, lunch, recess, or outside departure, and may not include janitorial work or maintenance work. Teachers may opt to sign up for additional duties with Principal approval and will be compensated at the non-instructional rate of pay.

Supervision DutyTeachers will have a 1 semester duty to support maintaining a safe and productive school climate. Duties will include hallway, exterior door, lunchroom and bathroom monitoring. Supervision DutyEffective December 4, 2023, before and after school supervision duty will not exceed 20 minutes per assignment. Duties will be filled on a volunteer basis. If supervision duties encroach on a member’s daily preparation time under article 13.5, employees will be compensated at an hourly rate of $40 per hour for supervision duties (See Appendix D: Yard Supervision). 13.4.2.1 Department heads will populate the District’s matrix (Appendix D) with volunteer teachers’ names for the entire year. 13.4.2.2 Any unfilled or vacant slots, or openings resulting from absenteeism will be assigned by the Superintendent on a rotating basis. The Superintendent shall be able to rotate based on an equitable division of supervision duties.

  • Supervision The Recipient shall provide and maintain competent and adequate project management covering the supervision and inspection of the development and construction of the Project and bear the responsibility of ensuring that construction conforms to the approved surveys, plans, profiles, cross sections and specifications.

  • Supervision of Students At least one teacher is to remain with the students after the close of any activity, practice session or game until the last student has left the premises. This rule applies whether the group is at the home school or field or is away.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contractor shall have a responsible supervisor on the job at all times when the work of the contract is being carried out. 1.9.2 Contractor's site supervisor shall be responsible for communication with the State's representatives and shall meet with the Project Manager at the site on a weekly basis to discuss project status, including any problems, ideas, or concerns related to the project work. 1.9.3 Contractor and its employees shall be subject to all applicable State and Federal statutes and regulations for the conduct of personnel. 1.9.4 The Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his/her subcontractors and their employees at all times.

  • CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION Contractor shall provide competent supervision of personnel employed on the job Site, use of equipment, and quality of workmanship.

  • Supervisor Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance. Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. The employee shall submit two copies to his/her immediate supervisor and retain the third copy.

  • Supervision of Data DHCS PHI or PI in paper form shall not be left unattended at any time, unless it is locked in a file cabinet, file room, desk or office. Unattended means that information is not being observed by an employee authorized to access the information. DHCS PHI or PI in paper form shall not be left unattended at any time in vehicles or planes and shall not be checked in baggage on commercial airplanes.

  • Board Supervision All of the functions undertaken by the Investment Manager hereunder shall at all times be subject to the direction of the Board of Directors, its executive committee, or any committee or officers of the Company acting under the authority of the Board of Directors.
