Supplement to Article Four of the Original Indenture. The Original Indenture is supplemented with respect to the Debentures by (a) deleting the second full paragraph of Section 401, (b) adding the words "Article Fifteen and" immediately before the words "Section 305" in the last paragraph of Section 401 and (c) inserting the following provision in Article Four:
