Common use of Supplement to Assignment of Lease Clause in Contracts

Supplement to Assignment of Lease. The Lessee shall have executed and delivered an original Supplement to Assignment of Lease executed by the Lessor with respect to each piece of Equipment being acquired on such Equipment Closing Date that is not already subject to the Assignment of Lease;
