Common use of Supplemental Escrow Agreement Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Escrow Agreement. Buyer and the Seller Parties shall execute such supplemental escrow instructions or supplemental escrow agreement as Escrow Agent may reasonably request, provided the provisions of such supplemental instructions or agreement do not materially conflict with the provisions of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and such supplemental instructions, this Agreement shall control.
