Supplemental Final Payment Clause Samples

Supplemental Final Payment. On the earlier of (i) the Supplemental Growth Capital Maturity Date, or (ii) the termination of the Supplemental Growth Capital Line, Borrower shall pay, in addition to the outstanding principal, accrued and unpaid interest, and all other amounts due on such date, an amount equal to the Supplemental Final Payment.
