Common use of Supplemental Financial Statements Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Financial Statements. Provide Citadel with copies of the monthly unaudited income statements and balance sheets applicable to the Stations prepared by the Company in the ordinary course of business commencing with the month ended March 31, 1999 until Closing (collectively, the "Supplemental Financial Statements"). The Stockholder shall provide such Supplemental Financial Statements to Citadel promptly upon such Supplemental Financial Statements becoming available to the Company. The Supplemental Financial Statements shall be subject to the representations and warranties as set forth in Section 3.7.

Supplemental Financial Statements. Provide Citadel with copies of the monthly unaudited income statements and balance sheets applicable to the Stations prepared by the Company from the date hereof until Closing in the ordinary course of business commencing with the month ended March 31, 1999 until Closing (collectively, the "Supplemental Financial Statements"). The Stockholder Company shall provide such Supplemental Financial Statements to Citadel promptly upon such Supplemental Financial Statements becoming available to the Company. The Supplemental Financial Statements shall be subject to the representations and warranties as set forth in Section 3.74.4.

Provide Citadel with copies of the monthly unaudited income statements and balance sheets applicable to of the Stations Company prepared by the Company in the ordinary course of business commencing with the month ended March July 31, 1999 until Closing (collectively, the "Supplemental Financial Statements"). The Stockholder Partners shall provide such Supplemental Financial Statements to Citadel promptly upon such Supplemental Financial Statements becoming available to the Company. The Supplemental Financial Statements shall be subject to the representations and warranties as set forth in Section 3.73.3.

Supplemental Financial Statements. Provide Citadel with copies of (a) the reviewed balance sheet of the Company as of September 30, 1999 and the related statements of income and cash flows for the nine-month period then ended and (b) the monthly unaudited income statements and balance sheets applicable to the Stations prepared by the Company in the ordinary course of business commencing with the month ended March December 31, 1999 until Closing (collectively, the "Supplemental Financial Statements"). The Stockholder BBH shall provide such Supplemental Financial Statements to Citadel promptly upon such Supplemental Financial Statements becoming available to the Company. The Supplemental Financial Statements shall be subject to the representations and warranties as set forth in Section 3.73.10.
