Common use of Supplemental Financial Statements Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Financial Statements. Sellers shall provide Citadel with copies of the monthly unaudited income statements and balance sheets applicable to the Stations prepared by Sellers in the ordinary course of business commencing with the month ending November 30, 1999 until Closing (collectively, the "Supplemental Financial Statements"). Sellers shall provide such Supplemental Financial Statements to Citadel promptly upon such Supplemental Financial Statements becoming available to Sellers. The Supplemental Financial Statements shall be subject to the representations and warranties as set forth in Section 4.4.

Sellers shall provide such Supplemental Financial Statements to Citadel promptly upon such Supplemental Financial Statements becoming available to Sellers.
