Supplemental Indentures Effective with Consent of Bondholders. The provisions hereof may also be modified or amended at any time or from time to time by a Supplemental Indenture, subject to the consent of the Bondholders in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Article X hereof, such Supplemental Indenture to become effective upon the filing with the Trustee of a copy thereof certified by an Authorized Officer of the Corporation.
