Supplemental Indentures with Consent of Security Holders. In addition to provisions specified in Section 7.2 of the Indenture, Section 7.2 is supplemented to include the following as clause (c) at the end of the first paragraph thereof and deleting the ", or" immediately prior to clause (b): "or (c) change the currency denomination of Securities of any series, including the currency denomination of any interest or other payments thereon, without the consent of the Holders of each Security so affected."
