Common use of Supplemental Indentures Without Consent of Bondholders Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Indentures Without Consent of Bondholders. The Authority and the Trustee, may, without the consent of the registered owners of the Bonds then outstanding, from time to time and at any time, enter into such indentures supplemental hereto (which supplemental indentures shall thereafter form a part hereof): (a) To cure any ambiguity or formal defect or omission in this Indenture, or in any supplemental indenture, which does not adversely affect the rights of the registered owners of any Bonds; or (b) To grant to or confer upon the Trustee, for the benefit of the registered owners of any Bonds, any additional rights, remedies, powers, authority or security that may lawfully be granted to or conferred upon the registered owners of any Bonds or the Trustee; or (c) To provide for the issuance of Additional Bonds as provided in Section 2.07 hereof; or (d) For any other purpose which, in the judgment of the Authority, does not materially and adversely affect the interests of Bondholders.
