Supplemental Lease Agreements without Consent of Bondowners. Without the consent of the Owners of any Bonds, but with the consent of the Issuer and the Company may from time to time enter into one or more Supplemental Lease Agreements, in form satisfactory to the Bond Trustee, for any of the following purposes: (a) to correct or amplify the description of any property of the Company at any time subject to this Lease Agreement, or to subject to this Lease Agreement additional property or to more precisely identify any project financed or refinanced out of the proceeds of any Bonds, or to substitute or add additional property thereto; or (b) to add to the conditions, limitations and restrictions on the authorized amount, terms or purposes of the Lease, as herein set forth, additional conditions, limitations and restrictions thereafter to be observed; or (c) to evidence the succession of another corporation to the Company and the assumption by any such successor of the covenants of the Company herein contained; or (d) to add to the covenants of the Company or to the rights, powers and remedies of the Bond Trustee for the benefit of the Owners of all of the Bonds or to surrender any right or power herein conferred upon the Company; or (e) to cure any ambiguity, to correct or supplement any provision herein which may be inconsistent with any other provision herein or to make any other provisions, with respect to matters or questions arising under this Lease Agreement, which shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Lease Agreement, provided such action shall not adversely affect the interests of the Owners of the Bonds.
