Common use of Supplemental Listing Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Listing. If any shares of the Ordinary Shares are listed on any national stock exchange, the Company shall take all such actions as may be necessary to ensure that the shares of Reciprocal Ordinary Shares issuable hereunder shall be duly approved for listing subject to official notice of issuance on each securities exchange, if any, on which the Ordinary Shares is then listed. The Company shall take all such actions as may be necessary to ensure that all such Reciprocal Ordinary Shares may be so issued without violation of any requirements of any domestic stock exchange upon which Ordinary Shares may be listed (except for official notice of issuance which shall be immediately delivered by the Company upon each such issuance).

Supplemental Listing. If any shares of the Ordinary Common Shares are listed on any national stock exchangeone or more Recognized Securities Exchanges, the Company shall take all such actions as may be necessary to ensure that the shares of Reciprocal Ordinary Common Shares issuable hereunder shall be duly approved for listing subject to official notice of issuance on each securities exchangeRecognized Securities Exchange, if any, on which the Ordinary Common Shares is are then listed. The Company shall take all such actions as may be necessary to ensure that all such Reciprocal Ordinary Common Shares may be so issued without violation of any requirements of any domestic stock exchange upon which Ordinary Common Shares may be listed (except for official notice of issuance which shall be immediately delivered by the Company upon each such issuance).
