Supplemental Principal Allocations. On or before the Business Day prior to each Monthly Distribution Date for the Wind Down Period or an Early Amortization Period or the Payment Period for a series of Term Notes, GMAC shall deposit into the Collection Account, on behalf of the Purchaser, an amount equal to the Supplemental Principal Allocation for such Monthly Distribution Date. Such amount shall be recorded as an advance under the Intercompany Advance Agreement and shall bear interest and be payable as provided therein.
