Supplemental Public Securities Act Provision. Pursuant to the ordinance of the City Council of the City authorizing the execution and delivery of this Lease and the Site Lease, the City has elected to apply all of the Supplemental Act to the Certificates. Pursuant to Section ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ of the Supplemental Public Securities Act, such recital shall be conclusive evidence of the validity and the regularity of the execution of Certificates and this Lease after its delivery for value.
