Common use of Supplemental Registration Statement Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Registration Statement. Anytime the Registration Statement does not cover a sufficient number of shares of Common Stock to cover all outstanding Registrable Securities, the Company shall promptly prepare and file with the SEC such Supplemental Registration Statement and the prospectus used in connection with such registration statement as may be necessary to comply with the provisions of the Securities Act with respect to the disposition of all such Registrable Securities and shall use its best efforts to cause such Supplemental Registration Statement to be declared effective as soon as possible.
