Common use of Supplemental Retirement Annuities Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Retirement Annuities. The University shall provide all non-probationary employees the option of investing, at their expense, in supplemental retirement tax-deferred vehicles as identified in paragraph 127, subject to conditions established by the respective companies. ARTICLE XXVI
