Supplemental Royalty re. Tuberculosis. Upon and coincident with and following the date on which the Field of Use is expanded to include Tuberculosis, the running royalty to which EMORY is entitled under Section 3.2(a) above, shall be increased by one quarter of one percent (0.25%).
