Supplemental Schedule. The supplemental payment will be the percentage of the base salary rounded to the nearest dollar.

Supplemental Schedule. Except as may be otherwise expressly provided in a written agreement between a Limited Partner and the Partnership or in the Series Designation of any particular series of Interests, (a) all Interests issued on or prior to the July 28, 2011 shall be subject to the Supplemental Schedule in effect as of July 28, 2011, and (b) all Interests issued after July 28, 2011 shall be subject to the Supplemental Schedule in effect at the time of such issuance; provided that, notwithstanding anything in any Supplemental Schedule to the contrary, the definition of “Cause” in the Supplemental Schedules shall be deemed to have been replaced with the definition of “Cause” in this Agreement.

Supplemental Schedule. The supplemental schedule provides compensation to teachers who are assigned duties that are in addition to the regular school day. Generally, unless the greatest portion of the time spent in an activity extends beyond the regular school day, the activity will not be placed on the supplemental schedule.
