Submittal Schedule. Within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Submittal Schedule for review and approval of the Design Professional. In establishing the Submittal Schedule the Contractor shall take into account large submittal documents that will require longer review times, e.g., submittals with over fifty sheets of drawings. The Design Professional’s approval shall be based on conformance of the Submittal Schedule with the Overall Project Schedule, subject to change from time to time in accordance with the progress of the Work.
Submittal Schedule. 19.2.2.1.8 Receipt by Architect of all submittals due as of the date of the payment application.
Submittal Schedule. Contractor shall, within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, submit a separate schedule of all Submittals (as defined in Clause F1) identifying each Submittal in accordance with Project Specification designations, and shall include anticipated and projected durations for each Submittal of: (i) Contractor’s preparation; (ii) review by Princeton University and the Architect/Engineer; and (iii) reasonably anticipated revisions and resubmissions; and shall also identify the date upon which each Submittal cycle must be completed and the Submittal approved in order to ensure that ultimate approval of the Submittal has no negative impact on the critical path of the Project Schedule (the “Submittal Schedule”). Upon review and acceptance of the Submittal Schedule, Contractor shall incorporate the data from the Submittal Schedule into the Project Schedule.

Submittal Schedule. The General Contractor shall timely prepare and transmit to the designated Professional a schedule for provision of all anticipated submittals. The schedule shall (i) include submittals required by the specifications; (ii) be in a format acceptable to the Professional; and (iii) set forth specific dates for submission of the listed submittals. The General Contractor shall review and approve all submittals prior to submission to a Professional.
Submittal Schedule. Contractor shall prepare and keep current, for District’s review and acceptance, a schedule of submittals that is coordinated with the construction schedule and allows District and its consultants reasonable time to review submittals and to provide information necessary for procurement and installation of Work for which allowances are provided under the Contract Documents. District may require Contractor to include preparation of Contract submittals as a line item payment in the schedule of values. Execution of Schedule. Contractor shall perform the Work in general accordance with the most recent schedules submitted to and accepted by District. Contractor shall indicate in the schedule updates any Work that is not proceeding according to the schedule and shall provide a written plan of action to bring the Work into compliance with the schedule or to otherwise ensure that the Work will be completed within the Contract Time.
Submittal Schedule. Within seven (7) days after execution of this Contract, the Contractor shall provide the Owner and the Engineer with a preliminary submittal schedule of the dates that each shop drawing or sample will be submitted for approval. Within thirty (30) days after execution of this Contract, the Contractor shall provide the Engineer and the Owner with a final schedule of the dates that each shop drawing or sample will be submitted for approval. The sequence of the submittals of the Contractor shall be scheduled so as to permit an orderly review by the Engineer. The schedule shall allow reasonable added time according to the number or complexity of shop drawings or samples in each submittal for the checking, correction and rechecking of corrections, as well as for return of approved or rejected shop drawings and samples to the Contractor. The submittal schedules shall allow not less than fourteen (14) calendar days for the Engineer to review any shop drawing or sample.
Submittal Schedule. The Construction Progress Schedule shall be accompanied by a Submittal Schedule for approval by Design Professional. The Submittal Schedule shall correlate with the Construction Progress Schedule and shall take into account large submittal documents that will require longer review times. Design Professional’s approval shall be based on conformance of the Submittal Schedule with the Overall Project Schedule.
Submittal Schedule. (a) The schedule for Submittals (the “Submittal Schedule”) is attached as Attachment 1 to this Appendix. The Submittal Schedule may be amended by agreement of the parties in accordance with the terms of this Section 2.
