Common use of Supplemental Senior Executive Retirement Plan Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Senior Executive Retirement Plan. Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company Supplemental Senior Executive Retirement Plan (the “SERP”), if and when established. Executive’s benefits under the SERP shall be treated consistent with and in the same manner as the benefit of the other executive officers of the Company who participate in the SERP.
