Supplemental Term License. Notwithstanding the terms of Section 2.4 above, provided Qimonda is not in breach of its payment obligations under this Agreement, if during any period [***], the Term License under Section 2.4 above, according to its terms, has terminated (each such period referred to [***] Confidential treatment has been requested for the bracketed portions.
