These sites include: ▪ Prospect Park is the furthest upstream of the four sites included in the Xxxxx 0 Xxx Mitigation and User Access Project. ▪ Birdland Marina is approximately 1.5 miles downstream of Prospect Park and will serve as the nearest upstream access point for users of the Whitewater Course once it is operational. ▪ Xxxxx Avenue is located approximately 4 miles downstream from Prospect Park, or 2.5 miles from Birdland Marina. It is immediately south of the confluence of the Des Moines and Raccoon Rivers. ▪ The Xxxxxxx Street site is approximately 1 mile downstream of the Xxxxx Avenue Dam site and will serve as the primary exit point for the Whitewater Course.   • Issue of supplementary card We may issue a supplementary card to a person nominated by the basic cardmember and approved by us as a supplementary cardmember, in which event this clause 11, in addition and without prejudice to the other terms and conditions of this agreement, applies. The basic cardmember acknowledges that we may, in our discretion, allow the supplementary cardmember to activate the digital version of his/her supplementary card, prior to receipt of the physical version of such supplementary card. The digital version of the supplementary card (comprising of the digital card credentials), may be used by the supplementary cardmember to perform transactions on the relevant supplementary card. In such event, both basic and supplementary cardholder will be liable for the transactions performed using the digital version of the supplementary card in accordance with this clause.

  • SUPPLEMENTAL SALARY SCHEDULE 12.01 Every effort shall be made by the Board to post supplemental positions in a timely manner each school year. Teachers in the bargaining unit may apply for the supplemental vacancy within ten (10) working days of each posting.
