Common use of Supplementary Interest Notice Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Interest Notice. If Supplementary Interest is payable by the Company pursuant to Section 6.04 hereof, the Company shall deliver to the Trustee an Officers’ Certificate to that effect stating (a) the amount of such Supplementary Interest that is payable and (b) the date on which such interest is payable. Unless and until a Responsible Officer of the Trustee receives at the Corporate Trust Office such a certificate, the Trustee may assume without inquiry that no such Supplementary Interest is payable. If the Company has paid Supplementary Interest directly to the Persons entitled to them, the Company shall deliver to the Trustee an Officers’ Certificate setting forth the particulars of such payment.
