Supplementary Letter. ‌ The University and the Union agree that whenever practicable the tuition scholarship payments should disburse sufficiently promptly as not to adversely affect loan disbursement. In the event that the AAUP-AFT collective bargaining agreement expires while a GEOC agreement is in effect and as a result of the application of MCL 423.215b health care costs to individual employees in the AAUP-AFT bargaining unit increase the following shall occur: > Members of the GEOC bargaining unit will continue to pay their Employee costs for medical insurance and health insurance, including any increases in the Employee share of such costs that take effect on or after March 1, 2021, and, > Provided that notice is provided to the other party on or before March 1, 2022, either party may request bargaining with respect to Articles XI.A and XI.B. The Administrative shall provide a report of all GEOC Employees who were paid late in the first four pay periods of the Fall 2017 semester in order to identify whether the reasons were due to the University’s or the Employee’s oversight.
