Supplementary Material. The Corporation shall deliver to the Underwriters and Underwriters’ Counsel, without charge, opinions, comfort letters and other documents substantially similar to those referred to in this Section of this Agreement with respect to any Supplementary Material, contemporaneously with, or prior to the filing of, any Supplementary Material with any Qualifying Authority or the SEC.
