Common use of Supplementary Material Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Material. The Company shall also prepare and deliver promptly to the Underwriter copies of all Supplementary Material and of all Subsequent Disclosure Documents, signed and certified as applicable. Concurrently with the delivery of any Supplementary Material or filing by the Company of any Subsequent Disclosure Document, the Company shall deliver to the Underwriter, with respect to such Supplementary Material or Subsequent Disclosure Document, documents substantially similar to those referred to in Sections 4(a)(iii) and (iv).
